Establishing your vision.

Vision comes easily to some people – it’s in their nature to find an obvious pathway and remain undistracted. But that’s not the case for most of us.

We can be swamped with too many options creating confusion, which leads to procrastination. Think about eating at a smorgasbord. You want it all…but you don’t know what you really want! If you eat too many things you end up full but not satisfied!

Clear vision creates focus – just like cart horses of old wearing ‘blinkers’. Shielded from distractions, they simply focused their strength on pulling a cart.

It’s the same for us. When you are clear about your goals, distractions are reduced. For example, if you’re saving to go overseas and an expensive concert comes up, the decision not to go to the concert is pretty much made for you.
